It's Not My Site

Really. It's not. If I died today I couldn't take this webpage with me. I don't even think they have internet service where I'm going. And that is why this is not my site.

Paris, France

This summer's destination is Paris, France and frankly, Paris is huge! It has a population of 11.6 million people and although it doesn't seem like an obvious place to do missions, this culture hotspot has plenty of ministry opportunities as a "gateway city" into the muslim world. During this trip, I will be working with unreached people groups from Northern Africa and the Middle East  as they come into the city. To hear stories about these adventures, check out the blog from June 18th to August 1st as I will be making updates while overseas.
 

Tokyo, Japan

I don't consider myself a world traveler, yet in the summer of 2009 I went on a mission trip to Tokyo, Japan that  completely blew my mind. It made me question my identity and purpose in light of the vastness of the world, and unlike many people who seek but never find, I found the answer I was looking for. I had no idea at the time, but this trip laid the foundation for who I would become in later months, and eventually set the stage for me to spend my upcoming summer in Paris, France.
